It also has a 19 anchor tenants such as the Cold Storage, the Challenger, Food Republic, Isetan, Uniqlo, H&M, Din Tai Fung, Party World KTV, Anytime Fitness, Virtualand, Pet Safari, Popular Holdings, Shaw Theatres, Shokutso 10, Kiddy Palace and the Serangoon Public Library.
It was built just above the Serangoon MRT Station which makes it easier for the people to access different parts of the city. It is also comes with an integrated bus interchange that is air-condition for the comfort it provides for the commuters.
The mall is considered as the largest shopping center in the North East of Singapore and largest suburban mall in the country and was officially opened last November 25 in the 2010.
